Enjoy Villa Resort

- Name was different from the name on trip - Lady at reception was rude and unhelpful - We checked in the afternoon, she showed us the elevator and messaged us the code and tips - we opened the door to find a dirty room and immediately took a photo and sent her a message, her reply was oh no the aunty never cleaned, she will tell them come clean noooow. We asked for another room or a refund, as we wont be staying in that room and informed her the rooms dont look like it looks on the app. - we went back downstairs to her and she gave us another room and password and told us we can go to the new room. We had to insist she come up with us and check this time because we were already super upset and she didnt borther coming up the first time or even checking. Also we had to enter through the undercover parking which had 3 different buildings, very easy for us to get lost and she just expected us to go by ourselves. She came with us and this room was thankfully clean.
