Check-in was very convenient, the room was clean and had a sea view. The boss was very considerate and upgraded the room.

The room is very spacious, with sea views, elegant environment, fresh air, and various entertainment facilities around it. Awesome living experience!

The location of the hotel is good, the surrounding area is good, and the front desk service is excellent. Suitable for holiday travel.

The hygiene is terrible, not only the room on the first floor also smells extremely bad. There was a lot of traffic all the way and it was hard to get into the community, and because there was no parking space, we had to go all the way around to park. The parking lot was small and there were few instructions, so we finally turned in. There was no parking space in the dead end. It took me half a day to turn around and it was so hot. It's the stove. Besides, there seem to be three elevators, and there are at least 8 households on one floor. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator. This is during the week, so you can imagine what it will be like on the weekends. If it wasn’t for surfing, I wouldn’t go to this hellish place for half an hour and only 1.3 kilometers away. However, the store staff is still very nice, but the overall environment is poor and the room hygiene is not very good.

第一次跟朋友住海邊酒店，整一面落地窗，海天一色視野滿滿。這邊海邊娛樂活動也多，沙灘很乾凈，有專人管理。酒店環境衞生方面也都很好很乾凈，店家服務也很好，有什麼問題都能耐心解答，價格也是很實惠，下次還會找這家訂的，推薦給大家！

今年已經是第三年在灣月驛站海景酒店這邊定了。b21棟是位於所有萬科雙月灣最靠海前排的樓棟，真的是下電梯5分鐘都不用就可以去到沙灘出口。最最主要的是酒店的環境跟服務。高度剛剛好，景觀剛剛好！！！極力推薦不踩雷。

終於大家湊齊了時間聚在一起了，提前預訂了一套小洋三房，老闆小哥哥服務非常周到會提前把ktv空調打開給我們入住，房間衞生非常乾淨給滿分💯喲，下樓走1.2分鐘就到沙灘了非常近，環境也很nice，這次旅行非常開心，下次還會再來繼續訂他家

選了最便宜的房間先實地感受一下，店家非常認真幫忙留了一間合適我心水的房號。而且全程微信溝通絕不拖拉，感受非常好。 房間內設備齊整，除了電視不懂開，自己太久沒看，覺得不重要沒問過店家。其他舒適度十足。 最重要的是衞生非常好，由於帶小孩子所以對衞生特別挑剔，但是我檢查了幾遍沒任何問題。由於酒店間隔幾棟樓都一樣，所以忘記拍圖。值得推薦！ 拍之前可以聯繫店家提前找到自己喜歡的房間，店家非常用心，固話一打即通，很多星級酒店做不到！
