The bad experience was that the day before I checked in, I told me that the room needed to be clean, as I was a germaphobe, but I went to the bathroom and found a cigarette butt. I didn’t mention it. Since I booked it for two days, I came back after cleaning the next day and found that the cigarette butt was still there, which shows that there was no mop. On the ground, I just wipe the table and change the bath towel. When I stay in the room at night, I always feel that I have inhaled some dust through my nose. It is very uncomfortable and makes me want to cough. But when I come out of the living room, I don’t. It only happens in the room. My husband also feels like this. I felt like I smelled dust and was very choking. When I went to the living room, the air was very fresh. Then I found that the air conditioner outlet in the room was covered with dust. The air conditioner in the living room was clean. I couldn't stand it. We turned off the air conditioner in the room to make it better. But the second time Both of us have been coughing for two days, and now we are still coughing and having stuffy nose. We were not sick at first, but we started coughing after we were in the room and smelled dust. So what I can tell is that the air conditioner vents are dirty. Yes, the atmosphere in the living room is completely different. The facilities are obviously older than they were two years ago, and hygiene needs to be improved! Fortunately, breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night sweet soup are free and delicious, which makes up for the gap in my heart. However, if the hygiene is not good enough, I really don’t want to come back again, and I feel that the money spent is not worth it! The main reason is that we both started coughing after smelling dust in the room and then became completely ill, which was very annoying!
