"I had booked this hotel last week, but had to cancel it temporarily due to a typhoon. Fortunately, I finally got the chance to stay here this time. In fact, we have stayed at several other nice hotels in Shuangyue Bay before. We chose this one because it is currently the newest and best hotel in the area. During our check-in, we would like to express our special thanks to Judy for her thoughtful arrangements. She not only proactively upgraded our room, but also gave us a complimentary fruit platter and even extended our check-out time. Every little detail made us feel extremely warm. Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel. As a new hotel, it has complete and well-functioning facilities, The room is extremely spacious and the environment is very clean and tidy. What's more noteworthy is that the hotel itself is equipped with an excellent scenic area. There are mountains, waters and multiple viewing platforms in the scenic area, which all my family members really loved. Thanks to this wonderful stay experience, I believe that when we come to Shuangyue Bay next time, we will still choose to stay at this hotel."

"Admittedly, Phoenix Hotel is an older establishment, and its maintenance hasn't been up to par. The room had a strong musty smell; it took half an hour with the door open for it to dissipate somewhat. The towels and bathrobes in the bathroom were very old, even shedding lint! Our room was on a higher floor, and the water pressure was simply insufficient; the showerhead barely trickled, which was frustrating. The beach downstairs from the hotel seems to be outsourced to another vendor, as there were fireworks being set off at 2 AM. Those who prioritize a good night's sleep should seriously consider this before booking! It's clear the management team is trying hard to compensate for the硬件 deficiencies with their service. We received mooncakes upon check-in, got a free room upgrade, and the staff were very enthusiastic! The most commendable aspect is the hotel's location, which I personally find even better than Le Meridien's, offering superb sea views!"
