The hotel is located very central and near the West Lake in Hangzhou. The staff is very friendly and will help you solve your problems immediately!👍🏼
The only thing that may be bothersom for a longer stay, is that rooms and the overall hallways aren't very new and look a bit used. For example the carpet being dirty, the sink being a bit damaged and the shower cabin not closing while showering. 
The cleaning was a bit unstructered, maybe the worker was too busy but our rooms one day were only cleaned in the evening, after we already got back. 
The cleaning could be better, our toilet had stains on it, the day we came and the day we left...a bit gross..
If you do not need to stay for a long time the hotel is good and cheap, not highest standard but ok.

The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, spotless and tidy, and the facilities were impeccable. Whether it was the modern bedding or the complete bathing facilities, they all showed the high standards of the hotel. Particularly worth mentioning is the soft and comfortable big bed, which perfectly ensured a good night's sleep for me and allowed me to fully enjoy high-quality sleep. The service attitude of the front desk clerks is warm and considerate. They are not only kind and friendly, but also helpful. When I was confused about the local tourist attractions, they patiently provided me with detailed and practical travel suggestions, which made my trip more colorful. Moreover, the dining options near the hotel are equally satisfying. The variety of delicious dishes makes people salivate, and the dining experience exceeds expectations and brings incomparable pleasure. In addition, the hotel is in an excellent location with very convenient transportation and is surrounded by many attractions worth visiting. Whether it is shopping, sightseeing or leisure and entertainment, your needs can be easily met. When I step into this city again, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel as it has captured my heart deeply.

Service is super intimate: from the smile greeting at the front desk when checking in, to the initiative to help with luggage, introduce the surrounding strategies, the staff is patient and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, even the details are taken care of properly, as warm as going home~
Hygienic super clean: the room is refreshing as soon as you enter the door, the bed, the tabletop are spotless, the towels and bathtub can be seen to have been disinfected with care, and the living is particularly safe!
In general, you can feel the intention of the hotel. I will stay here next time and recommend it to everyone! 🌟

The room is clean and the front desk is patient. The view outside the window is great. There is a temple next to it where you can listen to the chanting for free.
