Inexplicably, outsiders can enter and exit the hotel freely! Things were missing. The hotel manager's attitude was that you didn't close the door. He replied to me and asked me to call the police at 2:30 in the middle of the night. He asked me to go to the police station to make a statement. *** There is something wrong. The worst, worst hotel is this chain in Vienna. Not even the least apology! Never seen such bad service
