4/5Very GoodApart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

3/5I ve been in Huizhou for several nights in three different hotels during CNY. The service , facilities was not as what I had expected from the Renaissance. I thought it would be as good as Renaissance series.but it turned out poor facilities and services. No heating in the room, not responsive. The hotel left me with an impression of coldness,indifference,inefficiency.I prefer Pullman Huizhou . I took 2 kids with me thinking the more expensive ,the better hotel. Now I know that is not always true. Some hotels just charge more that what they can offer. The room tariff was 1088yuan per night, but it was not as good (worse than )as those 888 yuan or 699 yuan per night in other Huizhou hotel .PS:the treadmill are different in Renaissance & Pullman .用瘪足英文更客观，不带情绪。
