Ssiu fong ChinaThe room is quite big, bed is big and very comfortable, television is good with all the channels, got a balcony with private spa. Front desk is very good and friendly, restaurant is surprisingly good , but breakfast was not great, can make it better with hot fried eggs and more fruit choices. Hot spring area is good, but if they have shelter even better and if there’s someone to serve the hot drinks will be perfect 😊

The kids loved the shallow, warm pools, while we enjoyed the relaxing mineral-rich hot springs with stunning ocean views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering kid-friendly amenities and thoughtful touches like beach toys and floaties.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a cozy yet luxurious vibe. Waking up to the sound of waves and soaking in our private outdoor tub was pure bliss. The on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh meals with plenty of options for both adults and little ones.What really stood out was the hotel's attention to detail—child-safe pools, fun activities like seashell hunting, and even a mini dining area for kids! We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next trip. Highly recommend for families looking for relaxation and fun by the sea!

They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

AAmelie2015First time in Huizhou, and the Shuangyue Bay sea is absolutely stunning! We stayed at Yinsha, which is connected to Yanjing, and it was excellent. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all incredibly nice, regularly checking and cleaning the rooms. My personal butler, a lovely young woman, checked in daily to see how our stay was going – so thoughtful! Anything we needed was delivered very quickly. Watching the sunrise from our room on the 29th floor, overlooking the sea, was truly breathtaking. The cliff bar had an incredible view, perfect for photos. Breakfast was also very diverse, catering to everyone's needs.

They highlighted several thoughtful services: the Executive Lounge's happy hour dinner service was very attentive, they received a complimentary upgrade to an executive king room with outstanding experience and views, and the gym was well-maintained with a full range of equipment. The staff at both check-in and check-out were incredibly warm and helpful. The entire stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Huizhou.

Constant exposure to sea air will inevitably cause some wear and tear, but personally, I don't think it affected the living experience. There are several pools, and you can even enjoy hot springs at night. It's really good value for money. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a great job; the room was very clean, and they were efficient. Environment: There are plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets around the hotel. There's even a McDonald's right outside on the street, which is super convenient. If you really don't feel like going out, you can always order delivery. Service: I'm very grateful to the front desk staff for upgrading my room. They were responsive, enthusiastic, and friendly throughout the service. The hot spring front desk staff were also very patient, advising guests to be careful when entering the pool to avoid slipping. Summary: I came to this hotel with friends in mid-June, and this time I traveled alone, but it was definitely worth the trip! I loved sitting alone on the balcony at night, feeling the sea breeze, listening to the waves, eating barbecue, and drinking beer. It felt like I could forgive the world again, and my restless heart found some comfort. I was so lucky that the weather was great yesterday morning, and I got to see the entire sunrise over the sea! Oh, and when I went to the hot springs at the sister hotel next door, even though I was alone, the hotel provided a dedicated shuttle service, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic. Finally, I sincerely wish the hotel a prosperous business and many more guests. ❤️

GGuest UserThe traveling from airport took around 2 hours to arrive by taxi/didi (therefor score for location). The view over pools and ocean very beautiful (see pictures). Joyce (the receptionist who checked us in) added us on WeChat and every day kindly checked in and see if we are satisfied and need anything else (first time experiencing this wonderful kindness). The different swimming pools cater for adults and kids and bonus to have the ocean to utilize too. The buffet breakfast and dinner was utilized everyday of our stay and diverse western and Chinese styles on offer! The kids play room very big and many varieties to enjoy! Animal farm section very nice to feed and interact with deer and bunnies. Very satisfied and hope to return soon!

The master bedroom offers excellent views and is definitely worth the price. The bed was also very comfortable. On the downside, both bathrooms had no doors, which was a bit awkward. Plus, the sofa lacked cushions, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The hotel breakfast was pretty mediocre, and the restaurant had an unpleasant odor.
