Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life . Most problematic management . I would give zero if I can . The checkin-in process was so ridiculous. Asked me to take key from mailbox gave me a wrong code for the box . Called multiple times no response but give me silly reason “helper didn’t update new password “? . And then went to the room only to discover its a wrong room not the one I ordered . My whole plan ruined because of this homestay!!!!! I stayed in this place 29th and they promised refund for deposit 2-7 days but yet until today (11/09) I haven’t received yet!!!!! JUST DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . The management will keep on remind you to give 5 star review so you can have some free stay .HELL NO . Even you give me free also I’ll never return here . I’ve used multiple apps to reserve homestay so far this the WORST AND WORST 👎🏻

1. This B&B requires advance contact via WhatsApp before check-in, and once payment is made, there are no refunds. Mainland Chinese tourists should avoid this stay. WhatsApp registration with a mainland Chinese phone number is impossible, and communication is entirely in English. Those without a CET-6 English proficiency test are advised to avoid it.
2. WhatsApp registration was done with a Malaysian SIM card purchased nearby, costing over RM100.
