暑假帶孩子到大草原旅行，訂了這家酒店真是天塌了！！！！！房間詳情裏標了禁煙，打開房間門一股煙味，整個房間都被薰入味了。整個酒店都沒有一間禁煙房，為什麼要虛假標註？？？不然我們根本不會訂，和前台交涉後帶我去重新看了兩個房間，每個房間都是一股味道，衹能勉強選了一個煙味稍微輕一點的湊合住，枕頭上也有明顯的黃印，還好自帶了一次性四件套，不然真不知道怎麼睡，躺在床上枕頭也是一股煙味，真是絕了。衞生間的排風扇噪音比飛機起飛都大，下水道聲音也很吵，淋浴的水温不穩定，一會兒很燙一會兒又很涼，最厲害的是房間裏還有小強出沒，平均每天都能打死一衹。第一天晚上給孩子洗完澡一出來就看到一衹在我鋪好的床上爬，心裏真的絕望了，第一次住酒店睡覺前把行李箱背包袋子全部整理好拉好拉鍊，生怕哪衹小強想不開跑進我的行李裏住下。好不容易煎熬着住結束了，最後一天早上走的時候還遇到了“大驚喜”，不過這個不能怪酒店，主要因為酒店夾在一堆貼膜汽修什麼的店鋪中間，門口停車位十分有限，前一天晚上回來晚了，我們的車停到了酒店旁邊的黑店門口，大清早就被店主用自己的車把我們的車堵了，我們起來趕緊去挪車，結果人家直接當著警察的麪訛我們停車費，還説我們這邊的人脾氣就是這麼橫，當著警察的麪都敢直接砸車，真是給我們外地遊客好好上了一課，自駕的人可要小心了，停車的時候千萬挨着這些黑店。去過很多地方也住過很多酒店，第一次寫差評，再好的風景都拯救不了糟糕的心情！！！！！

出去自駕很多次了，本次入住的酒店體驗極差，多個環節存在嚴重問題。
廁所衞生令人作嘔：衞生間地面常年潮濕，牆角佈滿黴斑，馬桶圈上有明顯污漬，沖水按鈕失靈，洗漱枱麪佈滿水漬、頭髮，連最基本的清潔都未做到位。
設施配置嚴重缺失：我們23:30左右到店，想加被子告訴沒有。枕頭太矮想加枕頭也是沒有。枕頭最終都是反覆索要加態度強硬才勉強送來，完全不符合住宿基本標準。
服務人員態度及其惡劣：向前台反映基本物品缺失的情況及其不耐煩。打電話態度強硬才勉強送來一個。保安上門時原話：“大半夜的要什麼枕頭，幾點了都，不會早點要嗎。”將枕頭塞給我們後扭頭就走，全程毫無服務意識，彷彿顧客的合理訴求是在添麻煩。
最令人無法忍受的是免費停車承諾純屬欺騙：預訂時明確標註“免費停車場”，到店後卻被告知“車位滿了”，前台隨意指了指路邊禁停區域，讓我們“停那兒沒事，交警不罰”。停車管理的保安（也就是送枕頭那位），在我們辦理入住時就在前台的沙發上睡覺。前台説可以叫他起來幫我們找車位，直到我們辦理完入住，頂着大雨出去找車位也沒見人影。住了這麼多年酒店頭一次遇見這種“服務”，在此我也對保安先生説一聲：別驚擾了您的美夢！
這樣的酒店不僅硬件糟糕，服務更是毫無底線，這樣的酒店，真給霍林郭勒文旅丟人
