There was a surprise when I checked in and walked into the room. There were simple decorations on the bed, prepared snacks on the desk, and handwritten cards. Every detail showed that the hotel cares about the guests. Every employee I met was very polite, and the room service was even more thoughtful. I brought a lot of clothes with me on my business trip, and I folded them all. But when I came back the next day, I found an extra hanger in the room, and my clothes were neatly hung on it.
