衝著地理位置定的這家民宿，去黑虎尖看雲海日出很方便，民宿條件相對簡陋，勝在有電梯，民宿提供當地特色晚餐，

設施：最大的亮點是有電梯和智能馬桶，其他是正常設施水平，對了，床挺舒服的，軟硬適中，枕頭建議再配一個低枕就更好，滿足不同人羣需求。
衞生：還不錯，總體挺安靜的
環境：就在水庫邊，靠山面水，早上去棧道散步非常方便。美中不足是有個麻將房，然後隔音一般，晚上住隔壁會比較吵。訂房前建議先諮詢老闆訂安靜的。
服務：可以訂餐，有早中晚飯，阿姨們都很熱情。

方便停車，飯菜味道還行，價格不算實惠。
有電梯很方便。比較乾淨衞生。
出門左手馬路對面有小超市，賣簡單的生活用品和水果蔬菜。
門口水庫理論上不給釣魚。
老闆比較熱情。

酒店是新裝修估計一年左右，設施很新的，位置很好，對面就是山景，房價價格在當地應該是偏上點，在店內點菜用餐價格基本屬於景區物價。整體還好！出門就是龍井沖遊船碼頭。

老闆娘的服務很熱情，菜燒的也不錯。本來去屋脊山看日出的。結果老闆説後面的黑虎尖日出更美，平台更大。孩子上去也方便，開車可以直達。簡直太幸運了。
