前台特別熱情，房間乾淨整潔，隔音好，早餐豐盛，樓下就餐廳，吃飯非常方便，前台晚上還提供粥和串串，特別棒

有地面地下停車場，服務好，早餐好吃。房間寬敞乾淨，房間有四瓶水，外面走廊還可以再領取。
周邊餐飲也算豐富，後面有大一些的超市。
可惜時間問題沒去二樓點餐吃，看菜單比去的樓下不遠那私房菜做得靠譜些，價格也差不多。
有個小問題：酒店衹看到慢充樁，充電位置少，還停着油車和電動車，充電不方便。
是個不錯的酒店，希望保持住，還會來入住的

第一次帶爸媽去霍山就感受到霍山人的熱情，酒店前台兩位美女非常好，主動介紹景點，路線，而且酒店設施都已智能化，高檔，乾淨，整潔，本來房間是沒有早餐的，前台美女直接送了，太熱情了，爸媽非常滿意
