Been twice to this hotel and will be booking to come back again 100% the hotel staff are fantastic and could not do any more for you. Everything you need and more in one place beach in resort and a spa with a great range of treatments and massage. Three restaurants included also. Very friendly very catering and the entertainment is absolutely fantastic plenty to do during the day and lots on at night time. Daily activities such as stretching /aqua gym /darts and the night time entertainment is brilliant with new shows/entertainment on every night. There is a fabulous disco for once the bar closes and once again is fantastic. Fantastic set of an entertainment team tiff, serag, loofty, Ahmed and bebo are the most friendly bunch and there’s no better team for the job at all.

Very bad hotel dirty messy people are loud all the time staff fighting together the service is really bad the room not clean you can find bacteria at the toilet walls so clear the hotel at all really old and the food such a bad joke I wouldn't even give two stars

The hotel grounds are very well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms offer plenty of space but the cleaning of the rooms is not sufficient and is not improving. The buffet is tidy but could be more varied. There are lots of stuff on the beach who come back several times a day to do business. I can highly recommend the local diving school, great day trips and a very nice boat. The animation team is very bright and friendly, they accept not to participate in all activities which I really appreciate. Many thanks for that. The sandy beach is beautiful, it just doesn't have a house reef. The view is fantastic, the sunrises are beautiful. The bar by the pool and on the beach could need more staff. For an all inclusive vacation a lot is offered at extra cost, food, drinks, fruit juices, meat and fish is offered on the beach and the associated restaurants for an extra charge.

Hello!!! Rested with friends in April at this hotel and only pleasant memories remained. Great hotel, food and service. It should be especially noted the fun and festive atmosphere thanks to the animation team. Congratulations to the charismatic Bido, as well as Siraj and Tevni. First time for me and my partner here in that hotel and here is my honest review: Hotel location: very good location and near to everything. Food: not much variety and almost the same everyday. Rooms: rooms is old and need renovation. Staff: this is the main issue because some friendly and most are very rude and aggressive, we know we traveled in Ramadan month but staff was really hard to deal with.

A very great experience during our stay, the food was really good with a good blend of oriental cuisine and international food, the freshly baked Egyptian flatbread is really delicious. All the staff are friendly and professional. The gardens and grounds a lovely manicured. Loofy from the animation team made our trip even more entertaining, he always put a smile on our face. A great thank you to guest relations Diana for a very professional service. Thank you to Tarek, Talaat and Gamal for excellent service at the restaurant and bars. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful views to the Red Sea. We are looking forward to staying here again next year. Great spirits, great team, keep it up. Thank you once again.
