Come to the Red Sea for a vacation with your girlfriends
View: the sea view is really good
Facilities: but the hotel facilities are too old
Hygiene: If you don't mind the poor sanitary conditions, this hotel's value for money is okay.
Service: The quality does need to be improved, some are good and some are bad. For example, our check-in was very good, but the check-out person was very impatient.
Food: This is the most unacceptable thing. All kinds of drinks are filled with water. I can still accept the juice with water. The milk is also filled with water and has no milk flavor at all. So many families bring their children and everyone is very angry!

I will recommend to stay away from that place, no one really care if you enjoy or have any issues, front reception at palma de mirette totally ignoring you to the point that you basically dont even want to go and report any problems, At the start of r holiday family of 4 got only 3 beds,even if we paid for family room, child end up with no duvet for 3 days only blanket without covers.., very poor of English knowledge. Rooms are very old dated but clean enough except bathroom..absolutely filthy , (shaving cream on the doors etc), Food -ok for first few days but mainly cold , and limited choice, rice &pasta that what you get for your money..if you come a bit later not 1st thing basically not much left to pick .. Drinks -so many days they run out with beer in heat of 34⁰c , of course you will be served in hot glasses if you lucky to get one, most of bar man are rude and very ignorant especially for woman, mainly 2 of them from Lobby at Palma de Mirette , Mayhoub -that the one who is ...absolutely disgraceful!! Hotel facilities are good , planty of swimming pools and sea activities, great localisation as it is close to town , marina etc.. , and tumbs up for man who was in charge of sun beds at the beach/swimming pool -his name is Rafael if I'm right.. And top if everything if you not Russian dont go there- everything is in Russian language, no one care that children don't understand the evening entertainments,.

The room provided was not the pictures advertised on RCI Timeshare site! Very basic and needs serous updating. The furniture, bathroom and kitchen had all seen better days! Our apartment could sleep 6 but only one cup, one teaspoon etc the 2 ring hob you can only cook on one ring at a time. The plug socket for the kettle/hob was hanging off the wall. The shower water was luke warm and the shower curtain was awful. The only good thing was a very comfy bed and friendly staff. Although the boss man offered us an upgrade for 850 LE per day and was very miffed when we didn't accept. I have a feeling this is something they always do, put you in a bad room and then get you to upgrade even though they are advertising these rooms and that is what you think you are getting.

Terrible worst holiday we ever had arrived just before 7pm booked in was ask if we want pool view or other side we stated that we booked pool view ground floor deluxe rooms lol they offer pool view but 3rd floor both the rooms were terrible dirty broken items fridge was moldy went to Complain was show up to 4 different room none we're suitable given temp rooms for the night above the animation team didn't get any sleep as music was so load finally got moved to pool view ground floor had to sign a waiver to say I was happy this hotel is so old and falling apart nothing like the adverts for rooms all the same single bed not doubles food wS same stuff and we'll all had upset tummies got bedbugs bite all over legs they said it was mosquitoes lol no the difference I really don't no how this is a 4* complained to our rep and company before leaving put in a massive Complaint when home nothing done so please don't book here

Let me start by saying I don't normally write reviews, me and my wife have just came back from here, when we arrived they put us in the hotel across the the road from main hotel, my wife is disabled no good for us but they wouldn't move us ,to many stairs plus we had to walk across the main road every time we wanted food or go to the beach, we never had 1 hot meal in the whole time we were there at the best it was lukewarm, the restaurant managers should all be sacked ,we have been to Egypt a few times and enjoyed it ,but after are experience in this hotel we will never go back to Egypt again, my wife had an accident because off all the steps no one helped us so we got a plane an came home early ,they dont cater for the British, stay away

Very bad experience Hotel management does not help guests at all After I requested early check in and they agreed to my request They refused to complete my request and asked me to pay $40 extra if I needed to check in early instead of $50 for one night with the all inclusive plan If they told me about the additional fees before traveling about 500 km I could have changed my arrival time I am writing this review now from the hotel reception desk where they locked my room and put me in a chair at the reception desk even my room was empty and ready. Thank you to the hotel management for helping guests تجربة سيئة للغاية إدارة الفندق لا تساعد الضيوف على الإطلاق بعد أن طلبت تسجيل الوصول المبكر ووافقوا على طلبي لقد رفضوا إكمال طلبي وطلبوا مني دفع 40 دولارًا إضافيًا إذا كنت بحاجة إلى تسجيل الوصول مبكرًا بدلاً من 50 دولارًا لليلة واحدة مع الخطة الشاملة كليًا لو أخبروني عن الرسوم الإضافية قبل السفر بحوالي 500 كيلومتر، كان بإمكاني تغيير موعد وصولي أكتب هذه المراجعة الآن من مكتب الاستقبال في الفندق حيث أغلقوا غرفتي ووضعوني على كرسي في مكتب الاستقبال حتى أن غرفتي كانت فارغة وجاهزة. شكرًا لإدارة الفندق على مساعدة الضيوف
