The front desk service attitude is average. They are friendly to Europeans and Americans, but Asians have stern faces. For such a big hotel, Wi-Fi is only available near the front desk. There is no Wi-Fi in the room at all, and the signal is very poor. The food is also very average. The only advantage is that the hotel is big and the environment is OK. The hardware in the room is rubbish.

The quality of the hotel staff is uneven. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are a bit biased. Especially the night shift guy named Mohamed, who was extremely unfriendly. I forgot to bring my towel card to him when I was rushing to catch a flight. I told him that I left it on the table in the room and I was leaving first, but he refused and insisted that I bring it... The hotel room doesn't even have Wi-Fi, and the signal is poor. The sea environment is just okay. The food is standard white food. I like white food, so it's okay. Overall, I don't recommend staying here.

A very very beautiful beach, the architecture was pleasing to the eyes! My room was on the 1st floor with glass doors in a roll-beam project. A sun lounger with a soft towel right at the exit. You could wake up, open the door, run and dive into the sea! Very beautiful territory. A waiter from a neighboring restaurant came up to me and offered to look at the menu. I was surprised why pay for something that is in the hotel restaurant in a huge selection? He was also surprised in response to my naivety and said "But we have delicious!" And he was right. I visited 3 hotels: there is a lot of food but it is not tasty. I felt so sick after the partridge and crabs that I gave up fish and meat
