Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park

During our holiday with friends, we had planned to visit two hotels. This is the second one. The food is not as good as the previous hotel, but the entertainment was on a whole other level. From the first moment we were in charge of the animators Mohammed and Petra (Czech). Since it is our first time in Egypt, they prepared a whole day of program for us: quad biking in the desert, camels, lunch and dinner in Hurghada. Mohammed showed us the real Egypt, not just the tourist attractions, we had a city tour, we saw how people really live and act in Egypt. In addition to bowling, we ended with a brutal party in the resprtu. Mohammed made everything perfect. We didn't worry about money until the very end. He and Petra also watched over all the attempts of the locals to turn us in. Really top-notch treatment. A full day of fun and adventure ( go-carts, Sahara, lunch, dinner, bowling, Hurghada tour, club, apartment to change and hygiene during the day) cost us $50 per person, so easy. Thank you very much!

The staff were very kind and hospitable, always helping when we needed. Hpwever the WiFi was often weak and would not connect in many places. The entertainment team was excellent and always put on a great show. The room were very clean and the housekeeping kept them clean daily.

everything’s good, the food is delicious, room is nice with good view, animators are good and it’s fun with them, i would recommend this place, in the beach is beach bar where it’s everything you need and the evenings programs are really good

I hope my review will be helpful to people who want to have a great holiday in Egypt, so I'll start from the beginning: we booked a flight and went to Hurghada for a little fun and we didn't expect to have much more. in general, so much fun... in fact, when we arrived at Mirag Bay, we had a pleasant meeting with our guide, and about the reception: everything is very beautiful, clean and smells nice, after that we took a room and went to rest for a while, and about the room for us was perfect, everything works, good refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, water pump was a good heater, even good if you want to take a hot shower, and we all took this good shower and went to the red restaurant in fact The hotel is big and there are so many decorations, from the reception to the beach, it is very beautiful and good, after that we went to the restaurant, the restaurant is also big and clean, and the smell of the food is so nice, which made us even more hungry, so we started it. it was very good and everyone is very polite and good and they want to give us good service, after that we went to the beach and the beach is just super, wow it is very nice, warm, clean, so clean and sandy beach, looks like a big one pool, good for all of us also on the beach you will find the animation team, they are the best, all the guests know that they love them and they do very good shows, always all day long we had a lot of fun with them, after an hour we decided to stay in pool, it's not that big, but nice and warm for the kids, and we finished our day, and we went back to sleep, rest, take a shower and went to dinner, it was an oriental night..... the food was very, very tasty, Egyptian food is so delicious, the kids loved it too, we actually had a lot of fun and after 3 days we decided to relax to do nothing so we went to an island in the middle of the beach, it's so so good for relaxing, having a nice time in the sun and taking a little tan, everything was good for us, in fact, I want to thank the entire hotel, from the managers to the staff and animation, they are the best, they want the guest to have a good nice beautiful service during their vacation, good food, delicious the room even very good The fruit festival they do every 2 days is good so thank you everyone we loved the holiday and we loved the hotel we came back so happy so relaxed thank you Mirag Bay Hotel for this accommodation and service.

I must say only good points was - beach , helpfull and frendly staff. Aquapark dated and mini disco was ok Hotel mainly for russians and polish visitors. Its says its 4 star hotel but really is more like 3 . Standart rooms are very dated , family rooms a bit better, but dirty. Most of the rooms dont have working aircons. So prepair be bitten for mosquitos. Food 🙈 u wont starve but very lack of choice and tasted all the same. Alcochol coctails cost €$3. Our stay was okish (survived) 😊 but wont be coming back for sure and wont recomend to anyone unless u on a very tight budget. Shame they dont invest otherwise it could be really nice place to stay. But for now its very dated and not looked after hotel with its facilities.
