I have booked family room including my kids and the hotel charged me extra cost for the kids which was not accepted from a hotel like jaz, and they told me the issue is from trip.com not from them, but they suppose to handel this issue to absorbe customer complain and satisfaction, this is the last time i will use trip.com and last time to book room in jaz.

We had a great time at Aquaviva. The hotel has to be one of the finest in Makadl Bay. All of the staff give 100% and make the trip memorable. Special compliments to our cleaner Mansour who kept our room clean and made a spectacular birthday display in the room. Also Ahmed in the restaurant who always kept an eye us. Thank you both.

The staff, hotel and food were all brilliant, it was my daughters birthday while we were away and they couldn't do enough for us. Food was amazing, in all restaurants and even the snack bar. Slides are great, pools are all clean and tidy. Rooms clean and spacious, as was hotel. Kimo, Samo, Poppy, Yoyo and Nina all brilliant with the kids, as we're all staff. Ahmed was brilliant around the pool, we wish we could stay another week.

Has aqua viva is the best hotel in hurgada, everything is perfect right there and I mean literally everything like the food, drinks, service, room, entert Team, staff and the night show, I wanna thank everyone who’s working there for their’s hard work, thanks jaz aqua viva

The rooms are very clean and spacy, the Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Food is very tasty and IT changes every day. The hotel is 3 kilometers from the sea but you have hotels bus which will takie you to the beach and return. Big plus for the warm water in the pool. Great place for the kids

Very good rooms, foods, everything is perfect! warm water in pool, very nice and helpful staff, 5 minutes by bus in the sea it is very close, views is amazing, really good place to visit, also it is grate place to kids there are a lot of attraction

Hotel area inside and outside was very clean. Rooms ware also very clean. Stuff was friendly, all the foods was very good. The waterpark was big and 3 different size and different atmosphire pools was also nice. This is good place for singles, couples, familys and friend groups. Also those, who like to golf, green is very near. Only minus in whole hotel was quite loud music in the evening. That would be perfect, if it would be little bit lower. But absolutely nice place.
