Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Fantastic family holiday got upgraded to a family suite which is absolutely huge. Staff can't do enough for you. always interacting with the kids.main part of the holiday is the waterpark this is the best we've been to. Food was good. Alcoholic drinks was OK. Always something going on plenty for the kids to do. The gardeners do an amazing job keeping the grounds tidy.

A great hotel for families with children of all ages. A huge area with many swimming pools and aqua parks with slides. The service in restaurants and swimming pools is at the highest level. The room was very clean with beautiful view. There are many restaurants with a variety of food

Having never been to Egypt before I didn’t know what to expect and having never done an all inclusive outside of the Caribbean I wasn’t holding much hope HOWEVER I could not have been more wrong…. 11 of us went 6 adults and 5 kids (kids age ranging from 3 to 13) it was just pure magic. There was something to do everyday for absolutely everyone. The older kids and the adults who weren’t scared went on the slides which were immense and so many of them to choose from. We were extremely spoilt for choice. The place is massive so aside from the main pool which was so much fun, there were quieter places for the younger ones. The lazy river (not really a lazy river, more a work out with 11 of us going around) was great and the pool was warm so we could all enjoy it together and be as crazy as we wanted to be. The entertainment was fab and the staff really were brilliant. Hotel was clean and our room was perfect - we had a bungalow room so had our own private pool if we just wanted to chill which was perfectly located not to far from the two aqua parks, food, bar and entertainment. We did book the Luxor trip which was long but brilliant - the younger kids didn’t come as it would have been too much for them so 6 of us went whilst the others stayed behind. We left at 5am and got back about 7.30pm… We also booked the boat trip through the hotel - the rep we used was Ahmed Ali (Mario on our card) - find him, he will look after you. This is a must do. Our whole party went and loved every second. If you are a foodie this is not the place to go to. It wasn’t bad but it was your typical mass produced buffet style in every restaurant, certainly not high end BUT it was ok and we found something ok to eat every night. All 11 of us on our last day were saying we had to find some fault with the hotel so got really nit picky and said hmmm some black on the grout on the bathroom tiles (that’s how little fault there was). This place is a must for families with kids of all different ages and we as a party of 11 are already looking to book again. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Very lovely hotel will definitely come again first time in Egypt staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for you food amazing and lots of choice lots off different restaurants and close by to shops if you like shopping and the beach also the hotel has lots of water slides and different things to do to keep the kids entertained will definitely be coming again

Wow! This is an incredible resort & has a lot to offer all ages. The best bits; the AQUA park does not disappoint; has so much for all ages. The choice for restaurants is good unlike your normal all inclusive (although visit all to the find what you like) Entertainment day and night is good. The park is massive and you will always find what you are looking for - quiet day or busy day in the thick of it! The cleanliness’s and how hard the staff work to make it clean is amazing. Most of the staff are amazing and so caring, really good with children. The spa is epic! Worth a visit! The fair In the evening that starts at 7pm is great for kids! The not so good bits; most of all the other guests; the Russians are there in massive groups; they’re rude to staff & other guests, the smoking is absolutely disgusting & I’m an ex smoker myself. They’re just rude! Sun loungers - yes you need to be quick and early to get one. Often people would reserve beds and then not rock up till gone 3pm (just rude) The flumes don’t open till 10am & then close at 12-1:30pm daily & in winter all swimming is closed at 5pm. They are VERY strict about you getting out even if that means walking over dirt to get out the lazy river. The resort is constantly having building work, we had to move rooms which they did accommodate but both my and partner got a different response at reception. (Yes they are rude) it’s pot luck as they where they are doing work. They came into our room to paint at one point. My advice would be to think about what you want from a holiday; if you want peace this is not the resort. If you want lots of people & lots of choice this is for you. Please note whatever your request for a room will not also be honoured. Easy jet were amazing in helping us get things sorted! Would we come back to Egypt yes come back to Neverland perhaps not.

We Werę in Jungle Aqua park for 5 time and we are really enjoying our vacation as always very nice staff and friendly the costumer Service are very helpful and always smilying we are planing to be back in May month with more Friends and we will recommended the Hotel
