Baywatch Grill and Kayak/ kite surfing rentals available about 100 yards from the backyard. Short walk to downtown where there are open air concerts, multiple shopping boutiques, restaurants and a farmers market with crafts every weekend during the summer. The backyard features a lake view, beautiful sunsets, fire pit, grill, multiple sitting & eating areas, games and direct access to the public and private shared beach.
