Clean and courteous staff. Disappointed that the bar was not open but otherwise a good visit.

The pictures the hotel has posted are not accurate. Breakfast was pitiful. A waffle iron that no matter how much spray you use, your waffle sticks. The cereal was stale and no eggs or protein offered. The bar area they show, not opened nor is that space used. Our room was clean but shower was either freezing with no pressure or surface of the sun hot. It took some time to adjust. The staff was nice and helpful. Only bright spot for this hotel.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!This hotel seemed like a nice hotel. The reviews seemed okay, but with it being Memorial Day weekend, prices were outrageous for other locations. When we got to this hotel, neither of the computers at the desk were working. They had no rooms with one bed left, even though I booked our room about a month ago. When we made it past the front entrance, we entered this hallway which was filled with mayflies. The doors, windows, and lights were all swarmed with these bugs. It was absolutely disgusting. We hurried up the stairs, where there were even more bugs. The room itself was clean, nothing special. The bathroom was a little gross, neither of us felt comfortable showering in the shower because it didn’t look the most clean. For the beds, they were very uncomfortable. They were hard and felt like spring mattresses. The pillows were also extremely flat. There were no bugs in our room, thank goodness. In the morning, there were people standing outside of our room just yelling and fighting. I did not feel safe at all. When we arrived, we hurried in because there were a lots of people walking around outside that just seemed off. I did not feel safe in the parking lot or in the hallways of this hotel. The pictures are very very deceptive. It looks like your average hotel: nice lobby, nice rooms, nice bar, but it is very far from that. The lobby is the only “updated” part of this building. The bar is not open. They don’t show the scary hallways or swarms of bugs.
