Four Points by Sheraton Huzhou Nanxun

The hotel room was generally spacious and clean. The bed was a bit high, which wasn't ideal for young children, but a bed rail could be added. We specifically chose a kids' room, and my child loved it! However, the train toy that was supposed to move had run out of batteries, which reduced its playability a bit.

The room was great and quiet, and the breakfast was also good. It's very close to Nanxun Ancient Town, making it suitable for a stay. The beer included in the package was pretty good too. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel boasts tasteful decor, and the room facilities are in excellent condition and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offers a good variety, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff all work very hard. Next time I'm traveling towards Huzhou or Suzhou, I'd be willing to go a bit out of my way to stay at this hotel again.

The room was great, spacious and very clean. The environment was also lovely, and my child really enjoyed it. The service was excellent too; if you needed anything, the front desk would arrange it for you very quickly.

The front desk staff were friendly, the breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great, and the room was clean and tidy. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable, and parking was convenient with plenty of spaces available.

Excellent hotel! Zhejiang people really know how to do business! When I was checking in, the lady at the front desk told me that since it was my first stay, they'd offer a complimentary breakfast for my child. Even though an extra breakfast isn't that expensive, this gesture really showed they understand customer psychology – impressive! The hotel itself is also fantastic!

The bed was larger than standard, and it came with a balcony. Unfortunately, we weren't assigned a room with a sofa chair; only two out of the four rooms had one.

We were so lucky the hotel upgraded us to a river view room! The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, we didn't even want to leave. Since the weather was warm, we just hunkered down at the hotel to relax. In the evening, we'd go out to enjoy local delicacies and the night view of Nanxun, and knowing we had such a comfortable hotel waiting for us made our strolls extra relaxing. It felt just like home, very cozy!

There were flies in the room, which I can understand since it's summer and probably unavoidable. However, there were also dead flies on the floor from who knows when. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The breakfast selection was limited. Overall, my stay was just average.
