A great weekend getaway. The hotel is not far from downtown Huzhou, but is located in a valley, very quiet, surrounded by lush greenery and very good air. The view of the Cloud Top Coffee on the top of the hotel is especially good, and the infinity pool outside the coffee shop is a great place to take photos. This time I booked a king-size bed room, and when I checked in, the hotel upgraded it to a bamboo house for free. It has two floors and a large terrace, which is very comfortable to live in. There are also Lu Yu Ancient Trail, Giraffe Manor, etc. around the hotel. It's a pity that the weekend was too short and I didn't have a good time to visit them.

Traveling on May Day, the road conditions were good, and we arrived at the hotel in advance. The housekeeper arranged a battery car to pick us up quickly at the parking lot. The room was not ready yet, so he sent us to Yunjian Coffee for a cup of coffee. After lunch, we checked into the single-family tea house, facing the tea mountain and backed by the bamboo forest, with winding paths leading to secluded places. Downstairs is a king-size bed room, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window facing the beautiful scenery of the tea mountain. Upstairs is a tea room + twin bed room. The housekeeper service is very good, and the WeChat reply is very fast when there is a need, and the battery car is also available on call. The hotel has a lot of activities, and we participated in copying scriptures, making fans and sachets.

The hotel is hidden in the mountains, the environment is very beautiful, the villa has a large terrace, the view is wide, the eyes are full of green, and the mind is relaxed and happy! The Genting infinity pool is very beautiful, the scenery is beautiful! The hotel service is also good, it is very convenient to pick up and drop off with a battery car, and the staff are very enthusiastic, such as the housekeeper, driver, tea room, restaurant service staff, etc.! There are some small details that are not enough. It is more than 30 degrees in summer, and the quilt feels too thick and uncomfortable. The shower pipe in the bathroom is leaking seriously, the shower water is very small, and the towels are a bit old. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the quality of details. The overall stay experience is very good, and I will choose to stay on vacation in the future

You need to make an appointment in advance to participate. The only thing was that I noted that I needed children's slippers and toiletries, but the room was not prepared.

The butler service was very good, the response was quick, the scenery was nice, and the air was fresh. The breakfast buffet was neither good nor bad, and could be improved

The children like it very much and the teachers are very patient. The downside is that the hotel has a fixed check-in time of 3 o'clock, but the shuttle bus is obviously not available during peak hours, and it takes a long time to wait. It is recommended that the housekeeper can provide different check-in time options when contacting, and check-in at off-peak times will make the check-in experience much better.
