Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort & Spa

An unexpectedly wonderful stay. The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious. Even though it was renovated twelve years ago, it's been meticulously maintained. The lobby is grand and impressive, with an invaluable Persian jade screen that elevates the hotel's opulence. The rooms are also impeccably maintained. The automatic curtains and other amenities are all of high quality. The bedding was also flawless. The hotel is right next to the Taihu scenic area, and everything is excellent: from the hotel's own environment to the surrounding scenery, and the nearby dining and shopping options. The service and management are top-notch. Every staff member I encountered, whether directly involved with my stay or not, greeted me courteously. Our concierge, Lucy, was exceptionally professional, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous. From proactively introducing us to nearby attractions and hotel facilities to personally escorting us to our room, she made us feel truly at home. She deserves high praise.

We stayed in the lake view family room this time, and the Sheraton Taihu's lake view experience was absolutely amazing! Opening the window, you're greeted with the shimmering waters of Taihu Lake, and the night lights reflecting on the water are breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding soft, and the service attentive and thoughtful. The hot spring facilities were an added bonus, making it the perfect choice for a vacation in Huzhou.

Had a fantastic vacation at the Sheraton! I was truly touched by the thoughtful service from our butler, Lucky. Knowing that both my son and I have March birthdays, she went the extra mile to decorate our room for the occasion and even arranged for the Western restaurant staff to custom-make a birthday cake for us. It added such a festive and warm touch to our entire holiday. A big thank you again to Lucky and the entire Sheraton hotel team!

Huge thanks to our butler Lucien Yang and her colleagues for their thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. You absolutely deserve 5-star service! The hotel's jade-themed infrastructure is indeed tasteful, and while it's a bit older, it's still well-maintained. There was some karaoke noise from the nearby plaza at night, but once it stopped, we slept soundly. We'll definitely be back!

I specifically chose to stay at this hotel because of the smart toilet seats, and booked a mountain view suite. The room was very spacious, which I was happy about. The facilities, environment, and service were all excellent. My only minor complaints are that parking spaces were a bit limited and the breakfast didn't quite live up to the hotel's price point.

The overall environment of the hotel is okay, but the in-room facilities are a bit dated. The room attendants and service staff I met were all very enthusiastic. However, what left the deepest impression was the front desk employee during check-in; she had a straight face and only answered when asked a direct question. Under her cold demeanor, I quickly checked in, which cast a shadow over my stay at your hotel 😮💨. I'd like to remind her that if she's unhappy, she should take a break from work instead of taking it out on innocent guests.

I was so happy with my stay that I extended it by an extra day. I'll definitely be back! Parking in the underground garage was super convenient, and the butler service for both check-in and check-out was really welcoming. Plus, it's right next to a major attraction!

The staff were very friendly and well-trained. During peak holiday seasons, if the front desk could ask guests to book breakfast times upon check-in, the restaurant would be able to manage the crowd more effectively. Guests would then be able to enjoy their meals on schedule without having to queue for long.

1. I've never stayed in a hotel with so much dust. 2. There was no hot water for a 20-minute shower at 10 PM. 3. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but it wasn't very practical. 4. Two large pieces of white plaster fell from the indoor pool ceiling, almost hitting a child.
