Fantastic location and activities. Dinner buffet was good, but overpriced considering the food selection. Breakfast was nice and the proximity with the animals make it a special experience.
We had an issue with water on the floor, near bathtub, personnel was reactive and kind, but could not find the source of it and anyway it seemed there was no leaking…

Truly wonderful resort! Beautiful scenery, amazing interactions with a wide variety of animals. Kids activities were plentiful and top service by their staff! Zhou Zhou was always on hand for anything we needed. Thank you so much for your showing us around the resort. Will book again!

We had an amazing time at this Giraffe Hotel :)! Our boys loved every minute of it. They were obsessed with all the animal interactions and inspired them to draw and discord more about each animals and their habitat. The manager there was very helpful communicating in English through wechat. So we were able to enjoy every activities that was offered there too. Our room was a cottage style and we enjoyed the view and the stay.

Great place for families, there are many activities for children including archery, rope climbing, trampoline, VR games etc. The service is outstanding, Jerry went above and beyond to ensure we had a confortable stay. He even helped us organise a tour to the Watertown nearby. Overall a good hotel for a weekend stay. The Giraffes are very gentle too. Great for kids!

It was a very happy family trip. The manor is very big and there are many entertainment activities. We booked a single-family villa and got afternoon tea for free. Monkeys can be seen everywhere in the bamboo forest. We also fed raccoons in the cute pet park. We can interact with giraffes while having breakfast.

I saw many reviews on many platforms and arrived at the hotel with trepidation. I was looking forward to it from the moment I got on the shuttle bus. On the way to the room, there were bamboo forests, a natural oxygen bar, and green everywhere. The children especially loved this place. They interacted with cute pets, went on jungle adventures, and had breakfast with giraffes. They kept saying, "Mom, I'm very happy. I like this place." We should come again.
