The hotel is a converted old factory, which gives it a unique character. However, breakfast needs improvement; there's a limited selection and the food isn't great. Also, having to go down to pick up takeout orders is quite inconvenient."

From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was polite and great."

We went to the Hot Springs which were complementary, very good experience in the winter. The villa was huge and with an outdoor private hot spring too. We were welcomed by Lucy, she explained everything and made us feel like at home, all of this in a very good English which we appreciated. 100% recommended!"
