It was nice to get checked-in early.
However, the bathroom was very unsanitary.
The toilet had splattered feces.
We contacted the front desk and the staff came up to help change our room.
I honestly don’t know if I will book here again after experiencing this.
Remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste as it isn’t included in the amenities.
There is a convenient store on the lobby.

I was satisfied with the kids room as the baby was still small, but there was a problem inside the sink.
It was so disgusting to see all of them stuck together. Other than the cleanliness, it was good.

This is the best value for money hotel!
It was clean and the elevator was fast and nice.
If I go to Dongtan again in the future, I decided to use this hotel~~
I suddenly felt like I had a fever at night, so I asked for a thermometer.
I was about to go pick it up, but they kindly said they would bring it to my room!! The staff's service is good and they are very friendly.
Please note that there is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so please bring your own~~
