Best Westin ever! Fantastic service from Housekeeping team. Real customer service ever! Out of expectation. The team put a mouse pad beside my lap top and even tight up loss wire! Had never experienced such such in Marriott group before!

I regret not listening to other people's suggestions to live in Novatel near the exhibition hall. This hotel is well decorated, but the maintenance is not enough. If the bathroom faucet is loose, there is moisture and mildew in the house, and there is still a distance from the international standard five stars...

Pros: Property maintenance and condition is good and clean. located in convenient location for all companies in hitech city.
Cons: Bed wasn't clean enough, but after I mentioned they changed set. Towel they're giving is old and in hard texture can't use it. They need to make sure mat, buckets in the bathroom all in clean condition before handing property.

This property is not 4star it is 3star , please be specific about the star . The stag said me , when I asked coffee making items tat the room service will start Frm 7.30 am only and not before tat, the toilet glass door and the screen were not operating properly

Rooms are spacious and clean. its more lika a apartment hotel. Walkable distance to US VAC. There is no parking at the premises of the hotel. Only soap is provided , when i asked they provided brush. There is an electric kettle and few coffe and tea making stufffs.

Everything is decent at a budget friendly hotel, amenities were good and receptionists were prompt at every service requested but only concern is rooms are stinky due to no air flow and need to be on Air conditioner all the time to get rid of smell

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

GGuest UserRooms are ok. Room service is non existent. Breakfast and breakfast-arrangements are awful - three items, cold, one item gets over by 9 am, no spoons (eat sambhar with fork, bowls on request, average taste. In short, avoid opting for breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at a nice location, if not walking but still a very manageable distance from hitech city business area. The rooms are not the best even for the bargain rates. When we came in, the tv was not working, the set-top box was missing, the remote was clumsy with the cell falling off. They changed the system but i would have preferred a change in the room. The good part is that the staff is very cooperative and makes up for most of the shortcomings with a smile. Language is not a barrier. There is no food on offer. There is a restaurant in the premises operated by a third party who serve food which if not mentioned is better. Overall, i will rate it as below average with awesome staff.
