Presken White House

Terrible restaurant service. Breakfast always late for 1 - 2 hours. Mix ups with orders. Constant attempts to charge for already inclusive items or bringing extras not requested during ordering. Only allowing one cup of tea / coffee for customer and trying to charge extra if you need another cup of powdered Nescafe. No coffee provided in the room. Only one packet of tea, milk, sugar and only one small bottle of water to share between a couple. All promises from management to sort it out never worked. It got even worse as there is no communication between departments. It took me 5 days before I actually got a dish of mayonnaise, salt and pepper with my breakfast. Housekeeping collects dirty towels during the day but never return fresh ones back until before 10 pm. Very overpriced in all aspects even compared to other Presken Hotels. After all hustle we had I asked for part refund before checking out and got nonsense answer that they will do better next time. No thank you. No more stays at Presken White House.

I got there late in the evening, they didnt reserve my room. Gave it out. And requested that I should pay for another room. They kept me outside till I had to make a new payment despite not refunding the money I paid to expedia.ca
