祖父母の傘寿のお祝いで利用させていただきました。客室は清潔にされ、アメニティも充実していました。スタッフの方の接客も素晴らしく、食事も地場の食材を使ったフレンチで、とても美味しかったです。砂風呂やセラミック風呂等も無料で利用でき、心身共に癒すことができました。利用客に沿ったホスピタリティが提供され、色々融通を利かせていただいたので最高の時間を過ごすことができました。従業員及び関係者の皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

一泊二日で利用させていただきました。山道を進んだ奥にあり自然豊かで眺めも良いです。ホテルには自分以外の他に宿泊客は数組しかいなかったのでとても静かに過ごせました。スタッフの皆さまの対応もとても丁寧でした。部屋は広く清潔でバルコニーのお風呂は眺めが良く最高です。貸切露天風呂や大浴場の露天風呂など、どれも気持ちよく入れました。他にもセラミック風呂や砂風呂、岩風呂などもあり、特にセラミック風呂は体の芯まで温まって癒されました。夕食と朝食はフレンチの創作料理でしたが、とてもおいしかったです！

社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！

2023年4月に2泊3日の団体旅行で1泊目に宿泊したホテルです。ｸﾁｺﾐを投稿しようと検索しても見つからなかったのですが、どなたかのｸﾁｺﾐに以前は「指宿ベイヒルズHOTEL＆SPA」の名前が「別邸 天降る丘」に変更したと書いてありました。別のクチコミには「唯一民間の医療企業に格安で譲渡された旧グリーンピアの壮大な敷地にあるホテルです。ホテルに隣接した陽子線癌治療施設があって、ホテルに滞在して巌治療を行うことができます。従って、観光ホテルのような落ち着いた雰囲気や客室の豪華さは期待できません。外観は立派ですが、プレハブ構造の建築に。。。」なるほど、私もこのクチコミの方と同じような感想を持ちました。建物の中にある池には沢山の鯉がいて、とても広々としてますが普通のホテルとは違うイメージを持ちました。ホテルの中にﾊ売店がありませんでした。山の上に位置してるのでホテル周辺にも店はありませんでした。あいにくの雨でしたが、天気が良ければ素晴らしい景色が客室から見えると思います。このホテル内で初めての砂風呂体験をしました。砂が付いた身体を洗い流すのが面倒だから、もうこれで充分かな。清潔感のあるホテルでした。
