The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out. The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The location is just nice for traveling to Disneyland and sea. Like it . And just nice a Lawson right next to the hotel.😍

Being right next to the station with a convenience store on the ground floor was incredibly convenient! The hotel itself was new, and the bathroom facilities and bedding were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were also extremely polite and helpful! I highly recommend it, especially since it's less than a 10-minute train ride to Maihama Station for Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Disney and very close to the station, offering excellent transport links. With a Lawson convenience store nearby, you won't go hungry even if you return late from Disney. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and it starts quite early. This means you can enjoy your meal and still have plenty of time to head to Disney. We also appreciated that the menu varied slightly over our two-day stay! They provide coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as beverage vending machines. Hot water is also available on the first floor. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. A unique feature was the bathroom, toilet, and washbasin being completely separated into three distinct areas, which proved to be quite convenient, especially for groups or families traveling together.

We stayed here for our trip to Disney! Its location right next to the station was incredibly convenient, especially after a long and tiring day of walking at Disney. The room was a bit on the small side – the bed was practically right there as you opened the door – but we were very satisfied with features like the separate bathroom and toilet, and the included breakfast. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, and Disneyland is just two stops away. However, the rooms are quite small and a bit dated. It's quite affordable, making it a good choice for budget travelers.

The room wasn't huge, but it came with three beds. The front desk kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese options were even better! Excellent value for money, especially for Japan!

If you want to go to Disneyland it’s a top-notch location. Firstly, the hotel right at the metro exit. Secondly, Disneyland is 2 stops by train from here (Maihama station). Thirdly, Lawson store is next to the hotel, very convenient. The surrounding area is quiet, clean and calm. The room was tooooo small for 2 thin people, but it had everything you needed, towels and bathrobes were being changed daily, we personally have chosen the hotel only for sleep, that’s why it was ok. No one at the reception speaks English, we tried to ask them to book tickets for us to Disneyland online with giving them cash in turn, as we didn’t have an opportunity to book online (card didn’t work), they invited a guy who was considered to understand English, he listened to us attentively and then disappeared somewhere, I was waiting for him at a lobby for 10 minutes and then went to the room with no feedback. He never appeared again before our departure. Take this fact into consideration). By the way, you can use disposable toothbrushes, combs, razors and so on for free, they are all on the stall at a lobby hall. Here you also can warm up your food. Breakfast is ok, you won’t leave the restaurant hungry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in if the main purpose is visiting Disneyland.
