The property is aging and while some improvements have been made, it seemed like mostly DIY work. Out bathroom door wouldn't close. The TV listings were wrong. The mattress was the wrong size for the bed frame.

I didn't expect luxury at $72, but I did expect the pictures to match the hotel. The rooms not the lobby are depicted accurately. Our room smelled awful of cheap cologne and we didn't have curtains on the window! I went to the lobby to request a new room, which they immediately did, but I was irritated that after a long day of travel, I couldn't just get into a room and relax. Our room was on the first floor and anyone could look directly into the room since there was no curtains. Why was this room even being given to patrons!? The bathroom did not have a door which is a little inconvenient. The second room was better than the first. The floors and bed were clean, but overall the rooms were mediocre at best and the hallways were dirty.

It appears to be under renovations for the better. Staff and stay was nice. Loved the size of room (double queen). Lots of room with my granddaughter. Beautiful area of Idaho falls.

Inexpensive. Many rooms. Some rooms have been remodeled, others need it. Breakfast is an afterthought. We've staying here 6-8 times. Always clean, room ready. 7/10.

Checked in. No Wi-Fi. Very strange feel. Suspicious people/ activity. Did not feel safe with children. Left at 10 pm and obtained rooms next door at Hilton Garden Inn. We were second party to leave le ritz and move over that night.

I love the location, HOWEVER, the pool, hot tub, and ALL the ice machines were down for maintenance! There was cereal and waffles for free breakfast but no meat!

My experience with the hotel was just not that great from beginning to end. When I woke up on that first morning, the water was off. I called the front desk and was told that he had no idea went out was off and he would ask the maintenance man. Nobody ever called or came by to tell me why my water was off and when I returned, it was just on like nothing had happened. Sarurday morning, I was awakened by housekeeping. When I opened the door, they insisted that they needed to clean the room and I needed to check out. They finally checked their list and apologized. On the final morning, as I was making sure I had grabbed everything I brought with me, I found a dead mouse behind the nightstand. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk person, he just
said. "So sorry. Have a nice day. "

Room had no clean towels, we called, staff came and brought few later. Then around 8pm someone from break in to our room without even knocking, then they realized we are there, they closed door and were laughing about incident in thr hall. So unprofessional staff, not sure if it is under new management or ownership...
but that was unacceptable. Rooms need much renovation, so outdated.

I stayed here last year and it was perfectly fine. Nothing fancy but a place to sleep. But this year they "remodeled". The rooms were lacking really everything, one bed had stained sheets and pillow cases, the area around the coffee maker was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, staff talk very loudly throughout the halls, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and quite literally held together with cardboard and wood slats and sounded like it was breaking everytime we laid down. The second day we went to leave our room and the door handle straight up came off the door. It took my husband talking to the front desk 4 times and about 6 hours until someone finally came and "fixed" it which is such a safety hazard. And the door knob was still not screwed in all the way and extremely loud and janky. Unfortunately I will not be staying here again. I'd rather pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.
