they charged an extra 50 upon arrival and they wouldnt let my service animal in with me even after they said she was allowed and breakfast was slim pickings mediocre aat best

I don't usually leave bad reviews and prefer to contact the business directly however I cannot find contact info. This property was dirty. Thankfully it seemed that the sheets were actually cleaned. Other than that - hair in the bathtub (several strands), fresh urine on the toilet seat!!!, very dirty floor, coffee keurig filled with grounds and never cleaned, washroom sink had no water. And then to top it all off the people next door got home at 2:30am and were loud for an hour minimum. We decided to leave before sunrise because we did not feel safe. There is no front desk because of technical issues. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a good nights sleep. Maybe once they have their front desk back in order. I would like my money back but cannot find a contact to discuss the matter with. One positive - The person who checked us in at the adjacent property was a sweetheart,

I was pleasantly surprised at the stay. The price was right. The beds comfortable, the pillows comfortable. The staff was very nice. May need a better painter on the walls. But it was $89 and I've paid more and stayed in dirtier hotels. At least this was very clean

Check in was a good experience, the room was less than desirable. Floors were dirty, toilet was covered in urine, paintings had paint on them, there was construction supplies under the beds!

Do not stay here, it’s old and very dated the bed was clean but the room was filthy .Mold and filth were in the shower finger prints all over the fridge crumbs on the telephone the floor was filthy and in the toilet area no grout on the floor between the tiles.The area was very scary .If you value your life do not stay here.

There is no good thing about the room we stayed in. The entire bathroom looked like it had been worked on by an untrained handyman! The microwave had buttons that were in French!! In Idaho Falls? It was noisy and if I had been alone I would have been scared.
