Wonderful stay at Sterling Thekkady!! Thanks to the professionals and Supporting staff specially Front desk manager, Santosh & Prakesh at the Cinnamon restro had host us very well. Overall experience tasty and good food. Had an awesome experience of relaxing spa with good swimming pool experience on roof top. Great stay

I stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy about our stay here. Iced tea was served as a welcome drink and the check in was done in less than 5 minutes. I was given a room on the 7th floor which made my access easy to the pool and spa. Food was delicious, especially the paneer butter masala during the dinner and the breakfast spread was great on both days. I really loved the coconut chutney. Waiters were keen and always willing to assist with the baby chair and orders from the live counter.

We had booked a Mountain View premium room no 6604 ac I told them we are family of 4 and need an ac room and too our surprise there was no ac in the hall they should have told ac is only in the room and not hall , no welcome drink was served lady and the reception was not good in nature, cutlery was asked that too was not delivered, recreation area is not having any thing working and last but not the least breakfast was not good

Excellent trip plan and recommendations, well executed by Mr. Ramesh from Travel Helpdesk, Sterling Thekkady and his team. Nice hotel, ambience, reception staff, all drivers, restaurant manager and staff. Swimming pool is well maintained and beautiful view from rooftop Swimming pool.

Stayed at Sterng Thekkedy for 5 days with family in one bed room. Staff is very cooperative and polite. On arrival welcome drink given and was upgraded to premium room. Restaurant food is good and morning breakfast buffe served which was fresh and tasty. Other meals are ala carte. One can go to Jungle jeep safari which is full of greenery though not animals seen in this time of year except we could see sambhar and elephants from very far away. There are plenty of places for ayurvedic massage. I think 3 days are good enough here to relax your mind and body with greenery all around. Weather is pleasant and we enjoyed our stay
