The room was everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Taverna Rodos is just 2-3 doors down and was hands down the best place we ate. The beaches in Kousounari are pebbles, not sand, but we found a gorgeous sand beach with ruins with active archeological digs within driving distance. Best trip my wife and I ever took.

Poor customer services. Unprofessional. Charge of $10 for toaster. No coffee maker provided. No kettle provided. This is not up to standard of RCI resort! It is very poor standard and it should be removed from RCI.

Pleasantly surprised with our trip to Crete. We had lovely weather, clean and tidy apartment with view out to sea. Located on hillside with mainly roof tops towards sea. Very quiet and relaxing, the Creta Suites staff were always on hand if you needed anything. Although very few visitors during our visit. WiFi connected fine but very slow. Definitely need own transport to visit this island and get from airport to creta suites. Although we did walk many times to beach and Taverna’s down the hill, maybe difficult for some. Had some lovely Taverna’s beach side to relax and enjoy a drink. Roads generally good but a bit like uk some pot holes. Generally good food at all the Taverna’s but our favourite was Psaropoula, great food at a good price.

Very pleasant location just outside Lerapetra. The accommodation was very adequate, well maintained and spacious. Access for wheelchairs might be difficult as there are several levels. Creta Suites is in the village of Koutsounari and is served by many very reasonably priced and varied restaurants. The town of Lerapetra is about six kilometres away and has suitable supermarkets for general shopping. The accommodation is very quiet and the staff at the Suites were very helpful and pleasant.

If you do your homework you will get what you expect. For RCI, points are a good indicator of what to expect. We traveled in the off season. A car is really really recommended. The place was lovely, quiet (part of Crete), remote, and scenic. It is a bit old, but well maintained. Staff is great. Definitely a place for quiet Grecian holiday with great local beaches and food. The views and warm winds were lovely. Wifi was a bit patchy. Not a place for the party, night life, or kids really. Pool was fine.

the report is nicely laid out, not just a box of apartments. It is hilly, so you need to be either fit or have a car. Staff are very friendly and helpful. the only area for improvement was the poor wifi.

Not a good location very far from the airport/ferry with nothing to do near the resort. I left after one night. You need a car to get to the resort.
