I stayed here for 2 nights this time for skiing. There is a place to change clothes before check-in and after check-out, and a coin locker (for a fee) where you can leave your luggage, which is inconveniently located in an annex that is a little far from the hotel. At dinner, you can refill your own rice, but on two occasions the rice wasn't where it was supposed to be, and when I pointed it out, I was asked to wait a while, and had to wait quite a long time. There were no glasses for water, and the food was cold, so I honestly can't say it tasted very good. The table next to me said the drink they ordered never arrived. The official website says that there is a yukata, but there is none in the room, and when I asked the front desk, they said it would cost 500 yen, and even though I stayed for 2 nights, they did not change the towels, and it said that it would be 300 yen to take a bath after checking out. Even though it's there, it's actually 400 yen, and there's a lot of wrong information. Well, up to this point I thought it was within the range of what I expected considering the price, but on the first night, there was no hot water in the shower, so I had to wash my body and hair with almost no water. What I got into. Everyone hurriedly washed their bodies and ran into the bathtub, complaining that it was cold. I never expected that I would be washing my hair and body with water during the cold winter months. It was very disappointing, even though hot springs after skiing are one of the pleasures. I wonder what I would do if I caught a cold. On the second night, I was worried about taking a bath, but I was relieved that there was hot water. The room we stayed in was large and generally good, the customer service was not bad, and considering the price, I don't think it was bad overall, but I was shocked that there was no hot water in the shower. It was spot on. I wonder if there will be a repeat?

There were a lot of things going on, but the worst part was that the student groups that arrived around 2:00 to 3:00 a.m. were so noisy that I woke up and couldn't sleep for about 3-4 hours. The second time I woke up, I went out into the hallway and gave the students a shout out. If you think about it, shouldn't the hotel receptionist give a warning like, ``Other guests are resting, so please come upstairs quietly?'' In the dining room, I saw a hotel employee greet a guest at the table next to him with something like ``Thank you for coming to stay.'' I don't think you can skip basic education because you want them to stay the night. By the way, it is normally free to leave your luggage at hotels before check-in and after check-out, but here you have to leave it in a coin locker. The locker room was in the ba*****t, and it was quite difficult to go up and down with suitcases and ski shoes. Moreover, it costs a hefty 500 yen. There is only one outlet (two) in the room, behind the TV. In other words, you have two choices: charge it or watch TV (the other option is the refrigerator). Since we stayed for 2 nights, of course there was no cleaning, and we didn't even have a toothbrush on the second day. There are no bath towels that are normally provided at hot spring hotels, let alone festival towels. The toilet bowl is not a washlet, which is common everywhere, and there is no cleaning or warmth. On the positive side, the food was ok. However, there is no milk available for breakfast. To summarize, I don't want to stay there again.

I stayed here on 2023/02/04. First of all, even if you book through a travel agency, you will have to pay for things like yukata and razors. Ski/snowboard wear was free due to special benefits (children pay), but including compensation, it cost about 12,000 yen for two days. It says it's a 1 minute walk from the hotel to the ski resort, but that's a lie. It takes about 5 minutes to walk along the road. It can be difficult for children to think about it while holding a plank or board. I, my wife, and my child stayed in a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats, which was a guesthouse from the Showa era. Of course, there is no washlet in the toilet in the room. The toilet seat in winter gets really cold and it's hell. There are no blankets, just sheets and comforters. The curtains are thin and the room is cold. I could also hear the voices in the next room. Dinner and breakfast were okay. This time, I couldn't make a reservation at Madarao Kogen Hotel because my schedule was a priority, so I chose Hotel Silk Inn Madarao, but I will definitely not stay there next time. It's almost a punishment game.

Stayed 2 nights. Even if we stayed for several nights, the menu was different and we had a delicious dinner. thank you very much. I think that the corona countermeasures are thorough, but I think it would be better to refrain from talking as much as possible during meals. I think the risk of infection is highest when you remove the mask. or all Eat in the same direction or keep your distance I think it's better to wear a mask if you're going to have a conversation.

この宿を利用してスキーをする人は、宿泊の前後で荷物を預かってもらうために、ロッカー代が1回500円ずつ必要です。(合計1000円必要です)これまで他のスキーをするための宿で無料で預かってくれなかったところは知りません。とてもひどいです。夜の食事もとてもチープです。ご飯のおかわりができるので満腹になることだけはできます。布団はとてもペラペラで部屋にあった座布団より薄かったです。暖房は効いていたので、布団が薄くても寒かったということはありませんでした。大浴場はありますが、露天風呂は付いていません。露天風呂に入りたい場合は有料です。確か1650円45分間の貸切露天風呂を借りる必要があります。
