Very large hotel room, but little bit old style. Staff was very nice. Very old style of onsen but still acceptable.

This is an old hot spring hotel, and while the facilities are dated, they are well-maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. The best part was the hot spring water. It was alkaline and very slippery, and the outdoor bath was also nice. This hotel is perfect for a hot spring retreat.

We went there with our big family at the end of the year. The Mall Onsen is the best in every way! The cypress bath inside was also very comfortable. It leaves your skin smooth. The building is old and nostalgic, but it is well-cleaned so it doesn't bother you. It's fun to experience the Showa era taste. The buffet food was very varied and made with lots of local ingredients, so it was really delicious! The kids were also very satisfied, enjoying everything they liked. They cut the roast beef on the spot and fried the tempura on the spot.
