The resort is beautiful with a great location and views from the balcony. The pool is very nice and heated and the buffet breakfast is very good. The room was was spacious for 2 people

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is really good. The breakfast is great with a big variety of fruits and pastries. The room is spacious and the hotel is well located.
My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that we celebrated our anniversary there and different than all the hotels we chose to celebrate the date in the past they didn’t offer anything to make it special. Usually hotels gift you with a little sweet something or a bottle of champagne or an upgrade, but they didn’t do anything to make the stay special and we booked a room that was not cheap. Instead they put us on a room with a kid that cried all night lol ( that is really not their fault). We stayed for 5 nights.

The great experience started with the reservation. Using website and whatsapp. Fast response. The hotel is in a nice location, situated across the Engenho beach. The facilities are very cozy, the rooms are quite new, well decorated and very clean. The pool area is new and faces the beach. The Flamboyant restaurant, part of the hotel, has excellent food and service. Perfect wifi connection. Good for videoconferencing. Convenient parking close to the room. The employees were extremely nice and focused on providing a great guest experience. We will definitely return

Tivemos um hospedagem maravilhosa neste hotel que com certeza voltaremos!! Café da manhã excepcional, tem yoga, bicicletas para hospedes, acomodação com bastante conforto! Localização também um ponto positivo, ao lado de um centro cultural, bem próximo a vila e com ótimo restaurante apart e próximos também!

Hotel fica em excelente localização, entre Pereque e a Vila no Centro Histórico. A estrutura do hotel é perfeita, quartos limpos e cheirosos. Restaurante é perfeito. O atendimento do Bruno, Thaina, Maria e Gabriel é simplesmente sensacional. Eles proporcionam a melhor experiência para o cliente. Desde o momento em que estávamos em deslocamento na estrada, passando todas as orientações pertinentes ao caminho até a chegado, como também se preocuparam em preparar um lanchinho no check-out devido ao tempo de espera e deslocamento. Pretendemos voltar a Ilhabela pois 3 dias foi pouco para conhecer tudo e com certeza ficaremos neste mesmo hotel. O Hotel é simplesmente perfeito!

Hotel limpo, bonito e com uma vista incrível! Os quartos são aconchegantes, confortáveis e com uma varanda de frente com a praia. Fiquei quatro dias e a experiência foi ótima. O café da manhã é completo e também tem vista para a praia. Os funcionários são atenciosos, prestativos e ainda dão dicas de passeios pela ilha, o que ajudou bastante durante a minha estadia, podendo contar com empresas parceiras do hotel que fizeram até o traslado. Antes que eu me esqueça, não posso deixar de falar do Flamboyant, o restaurante do hotel, que tem um cardápio variado de comidas e bebidas de alta qualidade.
