The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The location, however, isn’t convenient if you don’t have a car. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and tastefully designed, but they’re not easy to ventilate and quite noisy due to the traffic in the early morning and at night. The service, however, is top-notch!

What a wonderful Villa with a very caring staff who accommodated all of our needs. The Villa was very clean and had a calming-romantic feeling. The staff was friendly, pool was warm, and the jacuzzi was private and very relaxing. Highly recommended!!!! ***Just want to note this was exceptional value for the money***

First time in Ilhabela
Charming property and a lovely stay, however a few things to note that could be approved upon.
Firstly, the WiFi did not reach our room which also meant streaming on the TV was unavailable.
Secondly, extremely low water pressure on the bathroom tap (almost non-existent) and shower difficult to control temperature.
No kettle or iron provided in room.
But overall, had a lovely stay at the property and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência na pousada. Quarto muito confortável e bem equipado. Tudo funcionando. Café da manhã delicioso, com opções a lá carte além do buffet. O café da tarde é um mimo à parte. Funcionários muito atenciosos, especialmente a Fernanda e a Edilza.
