They have pick up and off service from/to Niugawa station even though the time is limited. You can enjou good view of both Seto inner sea and Ishizuchi Mountain(the highest moutain in the western part of Japan). I stayed 4 Kyukamura incuding this one and all of them were so good. They are Ibusuki, Kesennuma Oshima, Iwate Amihari Onsen and this one.

リーズナブルな料金で楽しませてもらいました。ビュッフェの「ダテマグロ」のお寿司が美味しかったし、オプションでつけた活あわびのおどり焼が美味しかったです。レストランスタッフの方は、いろいろと気を配ってくださり、楽しく食事できました。朝ご飯もついつい食べ過ぎる美味しさでした。お風呂はごく普通です。お部屋は広くて快適でした。用意されていた冷たいお水も美味しかったです。 ただ、受付がワンオペで、ものすごく時間がかかりました。うかがった時、ちょうど何か複雑な電話をされている最中で、長々としゃべっておられて、かなり長時間待たされました。電話をしながら、他のスタッフを呼ぶベルを押しておられたのですが、その方が来られるまでもたいそう時間がかかってしまいました。イライラした主人が「遅いよ」と文句を言ってしまいましたが（すみません）、憮然とした表情のままで「すみません」と言われ、そのあとも事務的な対応だったので、がっかりしました。はいって最初の印象がぐっと下がってしまったのは残念です。フロントはホテルの顔ですから、もっと他の対応もあったのではないかなと思います。

ビッフェではなく冬会席を頼みました刺身はおいしかった媛マスとかいうのがトロみたいで美味しい 大浴場は温泉ではない 露天風呂は小さくて残念だった フロントが感じ悪かった 部屋はオーシャンビューでよかった

2年前に宿泊した際、とても印象が良かったのですが・・・ 1人旅プランで、12時からのチェックインが可能。 フロントに2人いるも、窓口は1人だけで、しばし待たされること数分。 チェックインするも、フロントで「部屋の用意がまだです。」と言われ、宿泊プランを告げると、「申し訳ありません。できています。」 う～ん、まぁゆっくりできるからいいかと思い、部屋のほうへ。 夕食は、自慢のステーキですが、格別というほどでもなく、調理人のお勧めのソースよりもわさび醤油のほうが美味しかったです。 翌朝の朝食では、七草がゆを用意されていたのですが、その置き場所の件で、調理人の人がスタッフに文句を言っておられて、何人もの宿泊者も聞いていて、とても不愉快でした。 期待が大きかっただけに、再訪はないかなぁ。
