Banff Rocky Mountain Resort Reviews

Stayed in a one-bedroom unit with three people in mid Febuary, snowing day. The space was cozy and the mattress was slightly soft. But the kitchen was well-equipped with a frying pan, soup pot, kettle, and wine glasses and utensils. The bathroom looked renovated and clean. The staff were kind and courteous. We will love to stay here again during the summer time!

We had a great stay at Rocky Mountain Lodge. The customer service was excellent. Aiden went above and beyond for us, and we appreciated it so much! The pool and outdoor hot tub area were fantastic. The condo was the perfect size, and had everything we could ask for and more. Price was great, location was perfect. We had one incident with the noise level next door, and management was quick to deal with it and ensure we were happy. Great place. We will be back for sure!

Place has a relaxing pool and hot tub! Room is on theme and very clean. Also, room is surrounded by nature, making the stay more relaxing. Overall, Rocky Mountain Resort was memorable!

Rooms were very dated and run down. The deadbolt on my door wouldn’t work without having to use force and my whole body weight to force it ( was told to do this by the front desk) if your looking for luxury this is not the place! The room sizes are also tiny.

The room was spacious and nice

It was what it had mentioned on its website! Cleaned bedsheets, fresh towels and had given all the facilities. On our last day, we were visited by animals and gave us a happy send off!!!!☺️

Great price for convenient location. Close to Louise or Sunshine. In Banff, so you’re covered. Nice pool. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Staying home till things improve with our southern neighbours. We support Canadians first!

The rooms are so old and I think it’s not worth for the money I paid. The extra bed is not comfortable. Too old that I could not put back to its own arrangement. Am not going to go back there and cannot recommend. Not happy with my stay.

Excellent location right under the mountain, plenty of parkings . Great for families as the unit has a full kitchen..

Hotel is good and location is convenient but service is not well communicated among staff. No information for us to call for house keeping.

Best place to stay near banff downtown and near all attractions They upgraded the room and made us feel so special amd all seevices were up to level especially the hot tubs

It was very clean but being away from town (Banff) it was kind of hard to get to also one thing I didn’t like was that every thing was wolves even in the toilet and in one of the bed rooms you just had a room stalking you of course that’s your normal wild life hotel but the wolves just stare in to your soul The front desk staff is very kind and helpful!! Beautiful Tunnel Mountain location.  Away from hubbub of Banff City but close enough for a 10 minute shuttle ride or drive to free parking areas. Short drive to Tunnel Mountain trails/scenic overviews.  Resort quietness was beneficial!
