Hotel Yaja Dongincheon

This is definitely a motel (for Japanese people, it feels more like a love hotel). It's very close to Dongincheon Station, but located on a back street, and the exterior doesn't look like a business hotel, with prominent neon signs. The entrance is also dark and narrow. There's a convenience store nearby, and restaurants line the other side of the main street, so it might be convenient if you need those. Inside the room, it looked clean, but there was a faint smell of cigarettes and something else. Basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were provided, but no toothbrushes, and no bath towels – instead, there were six face towels. In the deluxe double room, for some reason, there were two large monitor computers side-by-side, along with impressive gaming-style chairs, but how to use them was unclear (no instructions). Also, the elevator only goes to the second floor, so you have to take the stairs from the first to the second floor. This can be tough if you have a lot of luggage. It's cheap, so if value for money is your top priority, it's an option, but if you're looking for a good atmosphere, it might not be for you.

It's a motel!! The front desk staff are super friendly! I think they only speak Korean... I'm not sure if it's on each floor, but there's a shared kitchen with a microwave and hot water, which is super convenient!! The rooms are clean too! There are convenience stores, markets, and the station nearby, so it's not a problem. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm staying in East Incheon.

Since it's a motel, the price is cheap, and I think it's great for saving money! However, the elevator only goes partway up, so it was tough carrying my suitcase up the stairs to my room.

This is a terrible shop. They refused my refund request several times due to flight delays, and they also refused my request to reschedule. They're heartless. I hope they go out of business soon. Besides, I'm disabled, and earning money is already difficult enough; to be so cold-blooded in special circumstances is unacceptable.

The room size and condition were good, and above all, the staff were kind, so I had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip :) Wishing you continued success.

It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from Incheon Airport. I stayed there because there was an idol concert nearby, and I'm very happy with the easy access. I also wanted to thank the lady at the reception for her kind and smiling attitude. It was a great trip. I arrived near midnight, so it was dark and there were very few people around, so I think it's best to be careful of security when going to convenience stores and other places at night.

There's no elevator from the front desk (1st floor), so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to get to the elevator from the 2nd floor. (My friend who arrived later was helped by a staff member.) The moment I entered the room, I was hit by a strong cigarette smell. On my last day, the boiler broke, so I couldn't use the shower.
