Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City

The room was both new and spacious, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient. An absolute top choice for staying near Incheon Airport.

This stay was truly excellent! The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good too. Attention to detail was evident, even the toiletries were of high quality. It offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely choose Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City again on my next visit. I highly recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is really great! We had a late flight and just wanted to stay near the airport for a night to avoid hassle. From check-in to breakfast the next morning and then check-out, all the staff were very enthusiastic. A manager at the front desk spoke a little Chinese, but English communication was seamless. The hotel was very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend!

The hotel is great, with a swimming pool and gym. There's also a UC store on-site, and frequent shuttle buses to and from the airport.

The hotel room is a business-style hotel, suitable for transit stays. Be careful with the power outlets in the room; the plug I brought from my home country sparked and got scorched when I plugged it in. Otherwise, there were no other issues.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were all very kind, making for a truly happy staycation! I was a little disappointed not knowing that children under elementary school age couldn't use Cimer, but my kids had a blast at the hotel's dedicated children's pool! After breakfast, we even got to play soccer and badminton, so it truly felt like a fulfilling and fun trip!

I needed to return to the US and had an overnight layover near Incheon Airport! The hotel room was new and very clean, and they provided 2-3 complimentary bottles of water upon check-in. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient, but be aware that it only goes to T2 once an hour, so plan your time accordingly! Paradise City next door is affiliated with this hotel, and they share the same shuttle bus service. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes from the airport that can drop off Hyatt Regency guests at Paradise City for some fun – it's only a 5-minute drive. Paradise City has everything you could want for dining, drinking, and entertainment!
