Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel

The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was top-notch! I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

The location was fantastic, and it was so convenient for shopping and dining, so I had a really relaxing stay. You can see Central Park at a glance, and because the weather was so nice, the clear blue sky and the park's lake blended beautifully together.

A typical Sheraton, nothing surprising, but no major issues either. Location: Incheon city center, a 25-minute drive from the airport. Cleanliness: Clean. Facilities: Didn't get to experience them as I arrived late for a friend's wedding and checked out early. If anyone from the hotel reads this review, I have two suggestions: 1. The toilet design is impractical. It's square and the sides are too short (I'm by no means tall), I wonder if this is a Korean specialty. It's very inconvenient for men. I assume this can't be changed without a significant renovation. 2. Breakfast was included when I booked the room. Upon entering the restaurant, the staff printed a bill stating the breakfast cost $xxx. When I informed them that breakfast was included in the room rate, they impatiently indicated they knew. If they knew, why print a bill? To put it politely, it's unnecessary; to put it bluntly, it's a pointless hassle for both parties.

The staff were friendly and the accommodation was well-maintained, which was great. Plus, it's right next to Central Park, so it was lovely to take walks even at night.

The breakfast variety could be improved; there weren't enough leafy greens in the vegetable salad.

A bit of a distance from the metro station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The convention center is next door, and there's an outlet mall nearby. Good accommodation for business trips.

We went for our wedding anniversary, and the service was excellent. They even upgraded our room, which made our stay wonderfully relaxing.

Facilities: Very good. Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and not outdated. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent and very clean. Environment: It's directly across from Central Park, offering fantastic views. Taking a walk downstairs is very pleasant.

The rooms are well-equipped and the location is convenient, making it perfect for a family trip.
