Bridge Hotel Incheon Songdo

the room very dusty, the lighting also dark. when checked in, the front desk informed that the aircond is not working because of water pipe maintaining. the room air cond was not working for the entire stay. request to change the room, the staff told me that other room will be hotter than my room. only send me the table fan.

Hotel is easy to reach and just near the center park also lotte mart, outlet. Free parking also

Not a great place to stay. Room smelled like cigerette the whole time we stayed. Carpet was dirty and felt like never cleaned before. Bathroom lights too dark it was diffuclt to do shaving and etc. Hotel was generally old and needs better maintenence.

The AC was broken when I arrived. They managed to fix it at night but the room is still hot to a point where I couldn’t sleep. The room also smelled like cigarette all night which was annoying

The Bridge Hotel is a great hotel and is right near the subway system. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had a great corner room which had great views. I had a room far from the elevator, and it was super quiet and nice. There was an issue with the A/C heat where during the day which for the most part, I was out and about - it would automatically heat to 81 degrees. No matter all the solutions, i could not change the temperature. And only on the last day did one extremely high light start flickering. I turned it off, no biggie. Housekeeping was amazing and everything was clean and neat. There are washers and dryers on-site, just walking down the hallway after getting off the elevators did the hallway smell of cigarettes. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel, clean room, good location near Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minute walk.

Loves the Hotel, for the price as I had to attend a convention nearby and walkable to Central Park. Metro station is just outsire the door. Loves the smart city of Songdo, clean and refreahing.
