This is officially a 2 star hotel according to the Korea Tourism Association. In the vicinity are many Motels and restaurants. Convenience stores are scattered around. The hotel room seems clean, but there are several disappointing things: Firstly, there are no hooks in the room, not even in the bathroom. I couldn't hang up my clothing or towels. Secondly, some of the towels had large holes in them - almost as if the holes were burnt into the towels. Thirdly, my room has a heater that was very noisy at night. We found it so difficult to sleep. Lastly, the shower room had an oversized tub that was placed diagonally in the room. There was lots of wasted space, and not much space if you want to shower without using the bathtub.

Cleanliness and the breakfast was not up to par to the hotel’s star level. Location was convenient for my need though there is no subway station nearby only bus stops.

I booked a hotel to travel to Songdo and Seoul, and it was nice because it was in the middle and not too far away so it wasn't difficult to get around.
There was good transportation nearby and a convenience store was not far away, so it was easy to buy something.
There was dust in the crevices when I entered the room, but it wasn't a problem by my standards and it was okay because it was a hotel at a reasonable price.
However, it was a bit disappointing that one of the lights in the room was broken when I turned it on (as was the fact that the entire room was dimly lit).
Cleaning supplies (foam cleansing, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc.) were appropriately placed in the room, and the shower room was satisfactory.
I thought the breakfast in the morning was also good.

It was a shame that it was a little dusty, but it wasn't bad. You may have to walk a bit from the bus stop. Still, it's a distance worth walking.
