I thought this was a superb and solid hotel. Soft bed, spacious enough, and fairly cheap at $25 to $30. Staffers fairly helpful compared to other hotels in the area. Room is a bit cold in the winter but tolerable

The check-in time was too late and it was a bit of a hassle. The sanitary conditions were average. It was a very ordinary family hotel.
