Incheon (Ganseok-Dong) Feel

I really didn't want to go off the bad reviews this place has as I'm backpacking and not really that picky but you probably should if you're going into this looking for a cheap Hotel in/near Seoul. Firstly at check-in, I think a local checked me in over the phone with the person who was supposed to be there. Throughout my stay, I never saw anyone working anywhere in the hotel but plenty of people looking lost at reception. The room was unclean with hairs in the bed and shower as well as stains, and rips all over the 5 different types of wallpaper used to patch the place up I spent my first night picking dead bugs out of the bed. I would have gone to the staff but checking in was such a language barrier I didn't think it worth it. I fell victim to ******* suggesting this as the cheapest option when looking for places in Seoul - which is an 1hr 15min tube journey away. It's technically in Incheon (a different city) but it's a good 45-minute tube from central Incheon too. Lastly, The actual facilities themselves were what concerned me the most. The electrics for the room hung from a panel swinging behind the desk. Most things, TV, phone, some sockets etc weren't plugged in but I didn't want to touch the exposed wires. I did find one socket that worked. You could get luckier with a better room but honestly it isn't worth it. For the same price, you can get a decent hostel, yes you'd be sharing a room but at least it would be clean, safe and most likely in a better location.

terrible place! I regret so much for booking at this place. There were hair and stains on the bed sheet and bed sheets were not cleaned at all when I first got my room. So I asked them to change my room but still in the new room I could find hair and other stains, also the soap was not changed at all as I could find hair on the soap as well. The staff is terrible, and have a very poor costumer service. I would never define this place as a legit hotel. The room had a stinking sleep that I was very much disgusted and I left the place only after 2 hours, because I couldn't stand it any longer. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I had to pay $70 for this scam. Never go there!
