I checked in very late, around midnight, and was never clearly informed that the 11:00 AM checkout was so strictly enforced. This morning, a woman from reception called me and was extremely rude and aggressive, demanding an extra 11,000 KRW. She showed zero hospitality or understanding of my late arrival. I felt so harassed and rushed that I was literally throwing my things into my bags and left with my suitcases not even fully zipped.
To make matters worse, the facilities like the gym close at 8:00 PM, which is useless for anyone arriving late. It is a shame because the location has potential, but the hostile treatment from the staff makes it a place I will never return to. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually treat guests with respect."
