It was okay for the price, only issue we had is the AC was bliwing hot air so we had to open the window instead and the bed was super shakey with every movement made.

The cleaning staff of this hotel was amazing. The front desk staff not so much. First they have a $100 incidental fee that you have to pay upon check in which is not advertised anywhere. Second they say that it will be refunded to you by the end of the day when you check out but actually it can take upwards of a week. And when you call them to try and figure out when this will be refunded because you've now been overdrafted due to an unexpected expense they're incredibly rude and unhelpful and have absolutely no sympathy. They lied to my face twice.

Upon arrival, it took a little while for someone to come check us in. I think they were having to take care of an issue for another customer though. Our room was comfortable and clean. We found out quickly how thin the walls are, and had to endure an uncomfortable morning of unwelcome noises from our neighbors the day we checked out. Thankfully we did not have to endure that for the entire stay. The hot breakfast was pretty good and they served a variety of items. I managed to step on the carpet tacking twice in my stocking feet, where the carpet was tearing away at the seam where it meets the tile. I took a photo and showed the desk clerk when we checked out. She seemed appreciative to be informed.

The stay itself was great! There were a few minor issues such as the blanket on the bed being stained and the cream cheese at the breakfast being stored on a counter when it should have been refrigerated. Aside from those two things, the room and facility were very clean, there was virtually no noise, the staff were polite and accommodating, and the stay didnt leave us feeling like we were in a run down room like some places do. It felt like they actually cared about everything. 10/10 will stay again!

The beds are extremely comfortable the location is great, the hot water took a while to heat up but other than that this was a good stay! We also had dogs with us so they put us in a room close to the door which was very accommodating!

Hotel is showing its wear and tear - could definitely use some upgrades. I was a bit leery when i first approached the hotel as there were lots of chain fences around the outside - wasn't sure if the hotel was open or not. And then, the halls could use new carpeting as well as the carpets in the rooms. For one night, it was fine.

The bathroom tub had a dripping faucet and the toilet also had problems.
The breakfast was good though the coffee was a bit strong for my taste.
Good mattress, but no TV guide in the room.

Good for a night or two but not much longer. Close to the stadium if you are attending a game but few restaurants and no sites of interest close/within walking distance. Traffic noise in rooms (even-numbered), so again only one or two nights. This was my first visit to KC and I was interested in going to points of interest/site seeing...I wouldn't stay here again.

I arrived 2 hours before check in time. The front desk stated it would be $50 additionally to check in. I dont find that to be good customer service. 5 Star Hotels let you check in early with no extra charge as long there are rooms ready. The website boasts of hot breakfast, but there was a sign that said no hot breakfast. Just old and stale pastries, and empty container of shared milk, no coffee was available, etc. This place is a far cry from the 3 star accommodation it says it is. I wont be staying again. There are better hotels within 10 minutes of this property. It was jist convenient.
